Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

Beautiful hand built very private cabin with master bedroom and large loft located deep in the woods of Cape Ann. Walking distance to down town Rockport and waterfront. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. One Bedroom, One Bath with Kitchenette. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue. There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.
