The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

Although shops and restaurants  are a short walk away, this area feels peaceful and secluded. You can also walk to the city center which makes it a good option for people that don't want to rent a car. If you have a car you can park it for free in the backyard of the building depending on its' availability. Normally you can always find space there.

In the middle of the valley of Pedralva, peaceful and calm, far away from main stream tourism, 5 minutes to the sea (Amado or Bordeira beach) with our own lake to swim in! The apartment has one private terrace. In addition you are free to explore our 12 ha farm with hammocks, trees and our own lake. The famous rota vicentina trail crosses our property- it is a great place to go surfing, hiking, mountainbiking or simply relax! Two restaurants are in walking distance (5min).

A casa não possui varanda, possuí sim um pátio de entrada, onde é colocada uma mesa e cadeiras. Este pátio não tem vista para o mar. Será um enorme prazer receber a sua visita.

This one room studio apartment has just been renovated and is located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!
