The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Talon suurista ikkunoista ja kolmelta terassilta avautuu upea järvimaisema, joka lumoaa vuodenajasta toiseen. Enjoyable 2-bedroom Villa with Indoor Fireplace

The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach. The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

Tervetuloa nauttimaan! Huoneisto on remontoitu lattiasta kattoon vuonna 2025. Remontissa vanha kaksio koki täydellisen muodonmuutoksen ja kuoriutui moderniksi, avaraksi loft-asunnoksi, jossa on tilaa hengittää. Meille vieraidemme viihtyvyys on kunnia-asia. Olemme sisustaneet ja varustelleet asunnon "kuin itsellemme" – laadukkaasti ja kodikkuutta vaalien. Täällä yhdistyvät hotellitason siisteys ja kodin lämpö. Loft tarjoaa upeat puitteet niin rentoutumiseen kuin etätyöskentelyynkin.

Jumalniemen kauppakeskittymään matkaa 2 km/5 min. Huoneisto sisältää kaiken tarvittavan oleskeluasi varten. Näkymä huoneiston ikkunoista aukeaa parkkipaikkojen suuntaan sekä puistoon. Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa kesäisin tai talon takapihalla talviaikana.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

I Holiday cottage on the island by Lake Saimaa

Fisherman's hut I and II are well-equipped two-bedroom holiday cottages in Lake Saimaa near Partakoski, Savitaipale in South-Western Finland. The cottages are located on Lapinsalo island. In the summer, they can be accessed by boat (a journey of 1 km) and in the winter, conditions permitting, they can be accessed by an ice road. We will teach you to drive a motor boat.
