Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. With a modern. fully equipped kitchen connecting to an open floor plan living and dining room, lots of windows to the wooded outside it's a relaxing and easy place to spend time!

Our Mountain Retreat – Lake Ossipee Access

This property features a large yard with a fire pit, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The master bedroom includes a private deck—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.
