Chef’s kitchen with two ovens, dining for eight + bar seating, sleeps up to 12 (with 2 king beds), two living rooms, and abundant outdoor dining & lounge space, including a playground - designed to make every moment a memory!

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Birch Ledge Guesthouse--Four Season Maine Getaway
