Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

The house is fully equipped for a cozy weekend stay or a long retreat. The onsite amenities include direct river access, gym, small farm, playground, lounge area, and nearly 80 acres to explore. Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Relax with some hydrotherapy featuring a private sauna, cold plunge pool, steam shower, jacuzzi, and massage chair. Coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave . Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Soak in the natural light at the Skylight Barn! Only 8 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike Park. Off of the beaten path and private yet a minute's drive to the amenities of Tilton, NH. About 20 minutes drive from the lakes and 35 to the mountains. This second story barn space is a large studio style layout with a 3/4 bath and all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the center beam and shower curtain rod are on the short side, about 5.5 feet tall.

Our A-Frame is just minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort and the Gilford town beach at Lake Winnipesaukee. Three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 2 queens, and 1 full, and 1.5 bathrooms. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach.
