North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Take a sauna while surrounded by nature all around. Located in the majestic forest of mount Agamenticus, the extensive trail system is off of our road. Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.

Ocean views from Kennebunkport to Cape Neddick and a gorgeous half mile sandy beach right outside your door! Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the sandy Drakes Island shores. Enjoy daily walks on the beach or take a walk on the peaceful trails nearby alongside the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge & Laudholm Farm, and go to town for restaurants, arcades and more fun. It doesn’t get better than this !

The Crow's Nest

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
