This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is surrounded by tall pines and greenery and has a peaceful screened in front porch, with an outside space and fire pit, perfect for sitting back and relaxing with a glass of wine in hand or locally crafted beer. This space is located on a quiet street, just off the beaten path of Route 1 in Wells. About a mile from Wells Beach, walking distance to several restaurants; Mike's Clam Shack, Varano’s, The Steak House and Congdon's to name a few popular favorites.

Seaside Escape

Relax by the ocean at this charming cottage unit located mere steps away from beautiful Crescent Beach! Swim in the ocean and then walk to & relax in your seaside, ocean view hideaway after! This one bedroom unit is located just steps from the beach, sleeps 4, and is available from May through mid October. This beautifully renovated cottage is furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom, as well as a living room with a couch and chair that both pull out for extra sleeping space.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

Goose Point Getaway (a boutique AirBnB experience)

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
