You have a fully private floor to yourself, but this is not the full house—we live upstairs.

Lower level has full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, 42'' television and high speed internet. Independent heating and cooling. Owners are on site for quick response to all your needs. Close to WFCU, Caesars Windsor and all major arteries. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

You'll love this clean & bright basement studio w/private entrance! Bonus - We donate 10% of our earnings to groups supporting LGBTQIA rights & fighting food insecurity! We have a cat, Commander Muffins. While he won't be in your space while you're with us (& is rarely there otherwise), if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.

Skylight Detroit - MI Central Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in the upper unit of our modern home in the heart of Corktown. The unit features private access from the side entrance and 17' high vaulted ceilings with a skylight ribbon that cuts through the space to reveal a slice of the sky. Our full kitchen is stocked with essentials. A dining table can accommodate work or meals. The bedroom has a gorgeous view to historic Michigan Central Train Depot.

Spacious Wonder

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Free street parking on both Erie and Gladstone. About 7 min from Downtown by car. Entrance is the right side door which is not shared along with everything else to make it completely private for our valued guests! Heaters are provided for guests and thermostat is always on Heat mode for the winter season especially so our guests can feel comfortable!

The English Garden Suite

Hidden Oasis on the edge of town, complete with private English style garden and large pond with many feathered visitors. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel private while being close enough to walk across town and stroll back home. Enter your quarters from a private entrance through the garden, past the dogwood tree. There is tea and coffee available in the cupboard under the microwave.
