The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

It is 4 minutes to the beach/Tavira’s island ferry, and 6 minutes walking distance from the Garden (jardim do Coreto) and from the Roman Bridge. Since it´s located in downtown, you have everything nearby restaurants & bars, shops, supermarkets, ATM´s...) You will have also a tv with foreign channels, unlimited wi-fi and books. It is the ideal house for a holiday with family or friends.

Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car.
