Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. There is NO smoking, NO pets and quiet time is from 11pm - 7am We prefer to rent to families and older adults. Contactless Check-In Year Round Availability

Parking for one vehicle in front of house with table and grill outside. Hampton Beach is a great area to visit. Fantastic beach and adjacent boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. We are on the north end of the main beach; quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino. No pets.
