Firefly Cottage on Private Pond

Beautiful new cottage in peaceful waterfront setting nestled among trees. You will share space with deer, ducks, birds and on most nights will be able to hear the hooting of the night owls. Tall ceilings with beautiful hardwood floors, custom built cabinetry and large windows to enhance the view. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Covered patios and a spacious lower deck with barbecue grill and outdoor dining which overlook a private pond. 25 min to Hot Springs 28 min to Little Rock

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.
