Das Haus bietet idealerweise Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Eine Aufbettung für bis zu 2 weitere Personen im Wohnzimmer ist möglich. Wem das nicht reicht, der kann für Freunde und Familie die Nachbarhäuser (4 Erw. + 2 Kinder & 2 Erw. + Hund) hinzu buchen.
