Easy access into Oxford via the regular bus service (2min walk) or via the Park & Ride. Explore the nearby beautiful villages of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village..

Supermarkets/coffee shops/pubs within 15 minute walk. Great local walks close by and stunning views of Oxford. A kettle and tea/coffee are provided in the room. Please note there is no access to the kitchen.

Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.

This newly built studio room has everything that you need from a kitchenette to a shower room and has a bus stop in front of it to go to the city center in 15-20 minutes and 7-10 minutes walk to Botley shopping center. Very close to Oxford Brookes Harcourt Hill campus and sports center. The room has a good view of the garden. The room has its own entrance and There is wifi as well.
