Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

A Lovely spacious 1 bed Apartment with Patio

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. (Unsuitable for a child under 12). We are close to Kennet & Avon canal . We are close to Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat. For more info on local area go to Tina's guidebook.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Self Contained 1 bedroom Spacious Annex (up to 4)

Gated Annex which was renovated from a 150 year old Stable on grounds of an Old Vicarage. Set in a beautiful Scenic Village with the 145 acre Clanger Woodlands just 5mins walk away or Drive to Longleat 15mins, Westbury white horse 5mins, stonehenge 25mins, Bath Spa 20mins & Glastonbury 19 miles away. Lots of long country walks along farms, lakes & fields. Otherwise the 3 acres garden, beautifully landscaped with ornamental fish pond is yours to enjoy. I am sure you would love it here.

Welcome to The Stylish FlatLet Westbury Wiltshire. Please note we have one double zip link bed which can be separated into two single beds if requested. The FlatLet is annexed to our home and is totally self contained and private from the main house, with its own separate front door and enclosed private patio area Lots of nearby attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, The Historic White Horse, Bath and Salisbury. Recommended eatery's, takeaways etc....all listed in the House Manual.

Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.

The Old School House

The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience.

An ideal base for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. There is off street parking next to the Studio and it is five minutes easy walk to the station and town centre.
