Our apartments are situated outside the village Njivice, in a green and tranquil location, away from the hustle and bustle but still within 5 min car drive to popular dining places, cafes and nightlife. Several beautiful and unspoiled beaches nearby. Perfect for discovering both Montenegro and Croatia as the border is only a few hundred meters away. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. For bigger groups or families, more than one apartment can be booked (3 available). Welcome!

Located on the Luštica peninsula, Sea Breeze has dramatic, 180-degree views of the Bay of Kotor and the twin massifs of the Orjen and Lovcen mountains. The property is nestled on a peaceful hillside surrounded by olive groves, small stone hamlets, and fishing villages. The medieval UNESCO-protected seaside fortress town of Kotor, the idyllic Venetian republic maritime towns of Rose and Perast, and the glitz of Porto Montenegro, Europe’s largest super-yacht marina, are all a short drive away.

An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, surrounded by grapevines, pomegranates, quince and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!
