A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Studio apartment, in Nantucket Harbor, walking distance to all restaurants, boutiques, and museums and Jetties and Children's Beaches!! It is great for 2 people, (but can technically sleep 4 tightly). There is a Murphy Bed/full size mattress and a queen pull out sofa. Ample kitchen, fully equipped with full refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, dishwasher. Nice bathroom tub/shower. Private entrance and private side screened porch.
