Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

Stars and Sage Farm Hippie Hideaway

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.

Welcome to the Sandy Feet Retreat! Our camp is located right around the corner from Sandy Pond and only 8 minutes away from Sandy Island Beach State Park. Come enjoy the retreat any time of year - whether you are here to enjoy the beautiful waters of Sandy Pond/Lake Ontario, or here to catch Salmon in the fall! A small boat launch located .2 miles away allows for easy access for ice fishing and the large yard gives you plenty of space to relax and ENJOY!
