The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

With the charming town of Bradford-on-Avon on your doorstep and the Georgian city of Bath close by as well as many more great attractions you won't be short of things to do. Equipped to a high standard with pocket sprung mattresses, crisp cotton sheets and fluffy towels the Old Chapel provides a great base from which to explore.

Enjoy the countryside with Bath and all it's splendour just a few minutes away. This beautiful self-contained annexe has a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all with amazing views of the countryside. Although attached to our home the annexe has a separate front door and patio area. Only 15 mins from Bath by car and close to the historic towns of Corsham and Lacock. Both Stonehenge (1 hour away) and Longleat Stately Home & Safari Park (40 minutes) are not too far away for a visit either.

The Nest is situated in the delightful, picturesque village of Bathford 4 miles outside Bath. The cottage has been recently renovated providing country chic with modern facilities, including a new bathroom and kitchen. It's equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Enjoy the large walk-in shower with eco-friendly toiletries after days out. A regular bus service runs from the village to Bath, and a pub, shop and cafe are just a few minutes' walk away.

Located in the beautiful Cotswold village of Marshfield, this 16th century cottage boasts stunning beams and a wood burning stove. Refurbished so you can enjoy modern conveniences alongside the historical features. The second bedroom has the flexibility to be twin beds or a superking bed. The village, which boasts pubs and shops, is well located for walking and cycling. Nearby are the cities of Bath (15mins) and Bristol (30mins) as well as Cotswold villages such as Castle Combe (10mins).

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.
