I'm Nirasha and your host in Sleek House. My husband is captain of a whale watching boat in Mirissa and us and our four kids are looking forward to meet you. Our guesthouse is located a one-minute-walk away from Mirissa beach where you can find a fantastic surf spot and a lot of restaurants. Our accomodation is surrounded by many banana trees, so it is quiet here and you will have a beautiful view from your room's balcony. We serve home-made Sri Lankan breakfast. The room has AC and hot shower.

Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Tastefully decorated in Sri Lankan colonial style with separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Fibre wifi connection with 100 mbps for those working as digital nomads. There is NO AC but with fans.

Rose Blossom Couples Bedroom

You will live in our Couples Room, located on the first floor of our quiet Guesthouse with a view of our beautiful garden. This private room contains a Kingsize bed, wardrobe & drawer, celling fan, airconditioner and an ensuite bathroom. Our garden gives plenty of room to relax. You can enjoy a free breakfast consisting of Tea or Coffee, a fruit platter, eggs, toasts & jam on our backyards terrace. You are welcome to use our open kitchen as well for self-catering with whatever you like.

The Kip B&B | Queen Room 2

Located at the front of the property, Queen Room 2 features beautiful french doors that lead out onto a shared verandah. Bright & airy, it sleeps two in a queen sized bed and features a small but functional private bathroom with a shower. The room is full of all the important details and standard creature comforts: super soft high quality linens, plush towels, rain showers with solar hot water, air-conditioning, high ceilings, free wifi and jungle views. Breakfast is included in the rate.

"Mirissa Bed and Breakfast" is set in a lush garden, slightly away from the noisy main road and the beach, although both are just a short walk away. Brand new AC in room number 8 since June 2024 :) All our rooms have a clean and stylish en-suite bathroom, AC, fan, a desk for anyone wishing to do a bit of work, and a large shared balcony. Our guests really love the open-air breakfast house & kitchen, where they can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and make their own meals if they wish.
