Modern 3 bedroom home with open plan living. Located just across the road from the Mildura golf resort and 200 metres from a local bakery and bottleshop. Only 5 minutes drive to supermarkets and shopping mall and a few minutes more to the centre plaza and many other shops. Mildura has some amazing places to eat, with the golf club also serving up delicious meals for your convenience. Our home would suit a family getaway, a boys/girls weekend of golf, shopping or sightseeing.

Welcome to Mary's Cottage, a charming country-style guest house set on 6.5 acres of serene rural land, surrounded by lush vines and mandarins. We love to meet our guests, but can provide self-check-in. The cottage is self-contained with kitchen, living area, and bathroom, for up to three guests with a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom and kitchen have recently received their second renovation and are now both brand new. The living area and bedrooms all have split systems to ensure year round comfort. Walking distance to the CBD, restaurants, cafes and the medical precinct.
