Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This Waterfront 6 bed home with beach and hot tub (April-Oct) is the perfect place for your next get-a-way. Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). We tried to think of everything that you might need on you lake vacation and provide to you. Lots of outside seating. (seasonal)

Eagle Isle North Wing on Sandusky River 2600 SQ FT

The North Wing has great views of the Sandusky River and wildlife in the area. You can drop your boat in at Memory Marina next door and tie up at our dock. The first floor has a full kitchen and family room with 55" smart tv that leads out to your own patio area. Cook out on the gas grill or enjoy the fire ring. The second floor bunk room sleeps 6, has a family room with a 42" smart tv, games, and full size ping pong table. Down the hall the king room sleeps 2 plus a futon. Come, relax, enjoy

**Cheapest cleaning fee in the area** The house sits on Hidden Creek and connects to Lake Erie. A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized.
