Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Im Garten kannst du voll und Ganz entspannen, verweilen und genießen: Es gibt eine Sauna für den Winter und einen beheizten Pool im Sommer (23 Grad). Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen oder einfach ein gemütlicher Tag im Garten - alles ist direkt „vor der Nase“. Gerne helfe ich dir bei der Auswahl von Wander-, Laufstrecken oder Fahrradtouren. Zur Anreise ist ein Auto erforderlich. ÖPNV eher schwierig

Unser Hof bietet einen 15 m Naturschwimmteich und liegt in absoluter Alleinlage am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes "Höllbachtal", zwischen Regensburg, Cham und Straubing gelegen. Bei uns finden Sie Ruhe, wunderschöne Natur, herzliche Atmosphäre und ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Unsere beiden Galeriewohnungen mit Kaminofen und Zirbenbetten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem bieten wir gegen Aufpreis Sauna und med. Massagen. Damit die Ruhe gewährleistet ist, nehmen wir nur 2 Gäste pro Wohnung.

Wir bieten eine wunscherschöne kleine Haushälfte -ca. 100qm- mit eigenem Eingang und wunderbarem Blick in einen grünen Garten. Unser Haus ist 200m vom Zentrum Neustadt Donau und ca. 5 km von Abensberg entfernt. Von Neustadt aus kann man mit dem Zug in 40 Minuten in die historische Stadt Regensburg fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Haus hat eine tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche und ist ideal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen in unserem urigen Ferienhäuschen auf dem Lande! Unser Haus liegt idyllisch zwischen Laber- und Altmühltal. Hier können Sie beim Relaxen Rehe und Füchse auf den umliegenden Feldern beobachten. Die Lage ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge wie z.B. nach Regensburg, Kloster Weltenburg, zur Befreiungshalle nach Kelheim und Vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
