Ideal for friends or small families, this colorful home is centrally located on the island — midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore the waterways, or enjoy quality family time, this is the perfect base for your vacation. The public beach access is just minutes away! It was recently rebuilt to be handicap accessible with no steps — making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

A Beach Getaway at Holden

This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

A Southern Exposure: Beach Front and Lovin' it!

The front porch says it all! Sweeping views of one of NC's best beaches, with all the amenities of home and more. It's a kick your shoes off at the front door and pick them up 7 days later kind of cottage. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can bring the whole family, or group of friends and have plenty of room to socialize and retreat. Linens are included, and the beds are made! Just bring your sunscreen and towel and a laid back attitude to enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. Renovated and Immaculate comfortable beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood yet just 1.8 miles from the Holden Beach bridge. Shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in Shallotte. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington are both within an hours drive. If you prefer to relax, you can sit on the 10' x 22' deck just outside the kitchen door, or by the fire pit, on a rocking chair or the swing in the open back yard, which is ideal for playing fetch with your dog.

Beautiful little 3 bedroom house sitting on the Intercoastal waterway. Huge screened in porch overlooking the water. Private pier to go fishing. Internet and washer and dryer included. Very quiet neighborhood. Recently remodeled. At this moment the pier does not have handrails and is under construction, small children should be careful. Also please do not use house towels on the beach that put too much sand in the washer and dryer ..
