Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish mountain cabin. Secluded yet close to everything this mountainside home is less then 10 min to I40. We are located a short distance to Maggie Valley, Waynesville, The Smoky Mountain National Park and Cherokee. Secluded and private this classic mountainside 3-bedroom home is great home base for your all your WNC adventures. Don't want to go out? No problem. Enjoy the smokeless fire pit, hot tub and gas fireplace.

Chrissy's Cabin

Perfect location and pet-friendly (please check pet fee). Lake Junaluska, Waynesville and Maggie Valley are minutes away, and a half-hour to Asheville. Easily accessible all four seasons, the apartment is the entire first floor, with private ground-level entrance. Dedicated parking for two cars, though not large enough for trailers. Not suitable for children under 12. Due to the quiet vibes of the neighborhood, motorcycles are discouraged.

The Farm House

Fall is here and the leaves are starting to change at the Farm! This barn has been converted to a delightful, cozy farm house where guest come not only for the stay but also for the experience! It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.
