A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. 3 night minimum. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 500 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets .

Located steps away from the Esopus Creek, peaceful sounds of rushing water can be heard in and out of the cabin. The cabin has a deck that overlooks the river, outdoor fire-pit w/ Adirondack chairs, a grill, picnic table & an indoor gas fireplace.

Enjoy mesmerizing sunsets over the mountain on our deck. 2 kayaks in season. Hiking trails accessible from our property surrounded by hundreds of acres to explore! Escape to a storybook scene while creating amazing memories!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Enjoy a private getaway in Livingston Manor! Our light-filled Catskills house is designed with local character for entertaining, with an open plan and fully-stocked kitchen. The rocky creek behind the huge yard is great for wading. In winter a woodstove keeps you cozy while you look through oversize picture windows at the snow. In summer you'll spend evenings on a large deck with grill and dining area, and gather around the Solo Stove fire pit before you fall asleep to the sound of the stream.

5 minutes from Phoenicia. A comfy Yurt for 2 amid wild elderberry, peach, pear and apple trees, a goldfish pond and forested hills. The property features a spring fed pond with a dock and pedal boat. Old logging trails that lead you up the scenic mountain.
