You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

1100 sq. ft guest suite attached to main residence but completely separate space on quiet residential street. Upper level with two bedrooms, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom with custom shower. Lower level has full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, 42'' television and high speed internet. Independent heating and cooling. Owners are on site for quick response to all your needs. Close to WFCU, Caesars Windsor and all major arteries. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.

Minutes to Belle Isle, Eastern Market, and waterfront. I am in the restaurant biz, so I can steer you in any direction to all Detroit has to offer. I know Detroit like the back of my hand and can point out all the cool spots to hit.
