This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Das gemütliches Apartment *Black Forest Kuckucksnest* befindet sich in mitten wunderschöner Natur. Schönwald ist der Ideale Ort um den Schwarzwald zu erkunden. Direkt neben dem Haus befinden sich ein Golfplatz und ein Tennisplatz, sowie kleine Seen. Die Wohnung ist 40qm groß und bietet Platz für 3 Personen.

Bereits vor dem Frühstück die ersten Schwimmzüge im glitzernden Wasser genießen, lange, warme Abende auf dem Balkon verbringen und die Segelboote sanft über das Wasser gleiten sehen. Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Frösche und sommerlicher Treffpunkt für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Das Chalet/Holzhaus mit großem Dachüberstand, Wintergarten und Balkon in Richtung Weiher stellt 65m² in 3,5 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. Welcome to our vacation home, ideal for 2 people (2 rooms, approx. 50m²) and located right within the beautiful nature of the peninsula Höri, next to Lake Constance. The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.
