In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta oggi un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere il golfo di La Spezia con le sue perle Lerici e Portovenere e le vicine Cinque Terre. Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Nel verde della Toscana La Gegia Matta è la foresteria di Villa Ruschi, una magnifica proprietà settecentesca caratterizzata dallo stile tipico Toscano. E' situata nel centro di Calci, nella Val Graziosa ed è facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che in moto. Nelle vicinanze troverete ristoranti, enoteche, alimentari e inoltre potrete visitare la splendida Certosa di Calci. Dista 10 minuti da Pisa, 20 da Lucca , 1 ora da Firenze e 20 minuti dalle spiagge della costa Tirrenica.
