There's a slow combustion fire for the cooler months (we provide wood ), a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, outdoor eating/deck with Webber BBQ, a dedicated TV room, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry. Close to wineries, restaurants, markets, beaches and cruises on the Coorong. A working hobby farm it has a small herd of quiet cattle. Sit, do nothing or use as a base to explore this scenic area.

These views stretch as far as the eye can see, from Granite Island right across to the "Bluff" and beyond. During the winter months, whales are often seen from the lounge room windows. The house has been decorated with bright, bold colours whilst still keeping a minimalist approach, it is so roomy. With fresh carpet throughout the main living areas, it is so comfortable.
