Located: just off junction 2 of the M27, 10 minutes drive from Peppa Pig World and perfect for trips all over the New Forest and Southampton, with Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bournemouth and Portsmouth all less than an hour away.

 A modern self-contained one bedroom bungalow with off road parking for two vehicles. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Recently refurbished throughout in 2018/9 and offering a comfortable living space providing a great place to relax and unwind.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Large city centre apartment with secure parking

My place is close to all public transport, the city centre, art and culture, right next to the new cinema and restaurant quarter of Town and a short walk to the Mayflower theatre. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, its in the heart of Southampton City Centre and close to lots of the main attractions! My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. This apartment also benefits from secure parking, Wireless internet and a communal garden.

Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

A pretty, well-equipped and homely two bedroom terraced property situated in a quiet and lovely area of Chandler's Ford. Marwell Zoo, the New Forest, Paulton's Park/Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu, Isle of Wight ferry links and south coast beaches are a short drive away with excellent motorway and rail links. Ideal for contractor/business stays as well as families, couples and friends. Walk to the local shops and take a stroll to the beautiful Hiltingbury Lakes and local nature reserve.

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Beautiful oak barns set in traditional english countryside. Placed with own access within 15 acres of private woodland and grazing land, away from the main road for peace and tranquility. Guests are able to have privacy for relaxation and enjoy views of horses grazing and the comings and goings of the British wildlife. Just 4 minute drive to the market town of Bishops Waltham or you can join and follow the infamous Pilgrims Trail and walk there in just 30 minutes.

Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
