Located on a quite street at the end of a cul-de-sac. A charming 3BD/2.5BA cottage that has been recently refreshed. Plenty of living space and fully equipped kitchen. Large private yard with patio, new grill and outdoor shower. 5 minute drive to Nauset Light Beach and Campground Beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities located nearby. **Rental includes entire home as described. There is a separate lock-off above garage that is occasionally occupied. Plenty of separation and privacy.**

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a queen size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. This cottage is not handicap accessible. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
