Beautiful and spacious Shepherd’s Hut with kitchenette, en-suite shower & toilet. 1 minute walk to Bracklesham Bay beach. Off-street parking on drive. Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

This 3 bedroomed bungalow is ideally situated 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach at East Wittering and a couple of minutes from the village, with all the facilities you could need. It has a large bathroom and separate additional WC, is bright, clean and airy with a sheltered south facing garden ideal for sundowners and BBQs. The open plan living dining and kitchen area is ideal for family living and has all facilities to offer you a comfortable 'home from home' feel.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.

Pet friendly self contained annexe with hot tub available in Denmead, Hampshire. Walk across the road for a stroll in the Forest of Bere or wander into Denmead for a choice of pubs. Pop next door to Furzeley golf club for a round of golf or round the corner to the fisheries, saddle up for a ride in the South Downs or hop in the car and visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or Goodwood. 1 kingsize bedroom (can be made into twin). A pretty cabin sitting in our private garden, light & airy but also cosy. There is a double bed, kitchen sink, ensuite shower room, Towels also included is a kettle, Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, TV, Dab radio, air conditioning, floor standing fan, electric fire. And use of bikes (at users own risk) There are shops, bars & restaurants up in the village.We also supply milk tea sugar coffee on arrival

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
