Linnet Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Tichbornes Farm set in the beautiful countryside of the Pewsey Vale in the village of Etchilhampton. Fully equipped with a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this spacious, modern four star holiday cottage with Wi-Fi is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun! The Billiard Room, The Green, Biddestone, SN14 7DG

The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

Devizes and Marlborough are a short drive away and Bath and Chippenham railway stations easily accessible. Ideal if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

Stanley Chapel

In a tranquil country setting near the river Marden. Ideal location to visit the market town of Chippenham and 13 miles from the City of Bath. Medieval villages of Lacock, Castle Combe, and Avebury are nearby. Sustrans national cycle track is in walking distance with great routes for walkers, runners and cyclists. Bowood House and Gardens are 1 mile away. The Chapel has one bedroom and the lounge is upstairs which has a pull out double sofa bed . Stunning sunsets and views over fields.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.
