The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

Our railway carriage is a renovated 1930's goods wagon with rustic charm; tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside with easy access to Bath. It has an exclusive driveway and parking spot at the end of our two acre garden. You will approach the carriage through a short woodland walk which is lit at night. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
