We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. We have a 28ft boat garage on the canal for docking with parking spaces for a trailer and a hydraulic lift to drop your jet skis right in! Plus, we offer two kayaks for you to use. There is a new kayak launch just across the canal at the park.
