Welcome to the Historic Chandler Bungalow! Built in 1933 & recently restored with all of it's original charm. Our passion is to breathe new life into historic homes. We love history and to imagine the stories & memories that happened here. Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

Have your best night ever sleeping on our Comfortable Queen Memory foam mattress. All linens and towels are sanitized, bed linens are line dryed, pillowcases lightly starched and ironed. We take pride in the cleanliness of this room and bath. We use a 5 step cleaning process including sanitizing all hard surfaces after each guest. You won't go hungry, we provide a bit of breakfast and snacks. Yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn and plenty of bottled water.

This is a very peaceful and clean guest suite, that is located with its own private entrance at the side of the house. This location is perfect for those on a trip who are looking for an affordable but comfortable and clean place. We enjoy staying at places that are well kept and maintained so we want to give what we ourselves would look for in a stay. This location is located about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, with walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and mall etc

Downtown Gilbert Quiet & cozy Guest suite #2

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.
