Outside you can enjoy the pool, hot tub & grilling station or relax on the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Our clean cozy condo is 2 blocks (less than 5 min walk) from the ocean & is near grocery stores, restuarants, shopping & entertainment. Top floor, no elevator

Fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, washer & dryer unit within condo, WiFi and cable. Private beach access is 100 steps from the front door. The complex has three outdoor pools which are seasonal and a recreational building with a heated indoor pool open all year round. It also has sauna, hot tub, gym and changing rooms. Sorry no pets allowed in rentals as per HOA.

Totally Beaching - Unit #2 is one of 4 spacious condos located a block from the beach & 2 blocks from the fishing pier in the heart of historic Cherry Grove. Each unit is 900sf with 2 bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen and living room with front and rear porch access. The rear porch overlooks a natural pond teeming with wading birds and other wildlife. Guests are provided the essentials: bed linens, towels/bath clothes, cookware, and keurig coffee maker. Unit #2 is on the 2nd level right.

Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.
