My studio / one bedroom in Breckenridge is a 415-square foot 3rd floor condo that sleeps up to four. Enjoy the ski in, ski out location at the base of Peak 8. All the great restaurants and shopping on Main Street are a 10 min walk away. Our place is professionally cleaned by a company that follows all the Covid-19 cleaning recommendations by Airbnb. Due to a severe allergy of a resident of the complex, pets are not possible. If you have service animal, please inform me at the time of booking.

EARLY & LATE SEASON: In Nov, Dec, April & May the opening/closing of Snowflake lift and 4 O'Clock Run are subject to early/late season snow conditions. If not open, you can take a bus to the ski area.
