Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Budbury Heights is a beautiful late Georgian former Rug Factory with stunning views over Bradford-on-Avon and surrounding countryside. This beautiful Historic listed building has been renovated to a high standard offering everything you need. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, kitchen/diner on ground floor and toilet with basin, middle floor games room, lounge and toilet with basin, top floor master bedroom with UK king size bed, and twin bedroom, master bathroom with bath and shower.

A fantastic base to explore Bradford-on-Avon, the city of Bath and its historic surrounding areas such as Wells and the Cotswolds.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Our cottage with sweeping views towards the Kennet & Avon Canal and the Westbury White Horse is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Bradford-on-Avon. Tucked away off the main road and up a short, steep lane this beautiful home is a peaceful haven with main train station, award-winning restaurants, pubs, quaint boutique shops and delis a gentle amble downhill.
