This is a fully-furnished Apartment (En-Suite) located at 63 Pleasant Street. This apartment features a living room area (with 4k OLED TV), bedroom w/ extra long queen bed, a pull out murphy bed, and a pull out couch bed. Kitchen: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, etc. Single bathroom. This unit is found in a neighborhood called 'Ship Captains Row" which is located in walking distance from both Main St, Hyannis as well as Hyannis Harbor. We also have on site parking for at least 2 cars.

Only 1/2 of a mile from Lewis Bay area's Englewood beach where you can lay in the sand, schedule sailing lessons, or launch your boat off of the public boat ramp. You will have full occupancy of the property (we will not be crashing your clam-bakes) but we are always 1 phone call away, and have a point of contact in the area for any help you may need.

Spend a day at the beach, then walk down Main St Hyannis and grab a bite at one of the many restaurant options. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths including a master bath. Lounge out on the back deck or spend some time at the local neighborhood ponds. Guests have the entire property to themselves with plenty of parking available. Towels and linens are provided.

Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.
