This cabin is rustic, off the grid, with no running water or electricity. We do provide a battery pack, Jackery, that can be recharged at the available private bathroom area next to our house. There are plenty of trails to just explore the 100 + acres of Piper Ranch or head out to nearby established hiking trails. Our herd of three Highland Cattle graze the fields most of the year.
