Access to the property is via a rural dirt road, typical for the area and accessible by standard vehicles.

The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.

Monte Carpe Diem is a property with 2.5 hectares (6 acres) located in Baixo Alentejo with a distance of 1km (0.6 miles) from Garvão and 13km (8 miles) from Ourique. To the west you can enjoy the Alentejo coast, and to the south the Algarve where we find the most magnificent beaches.
