One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. All amenities are available: shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. TV, WiFi, Sonos system included.

Die gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, in Fussdistanz zu ETH /UNI und den Uni Spitälern, ist gleichzeitig im Grünen und trotzdem sehr nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. (3 Min zu Bus, Tram, Läden, Restaurants) Die Wohnung ist komplett frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet und wird sich wie zu Hause anfühlen. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, bei Bedarf kann ein Garagenplatz dazugemietet werden.

Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
