Airbnb never tell you, only me..cuz I treat you like my friend, I don't want to lie you... But , our space is out of this Law, we are legal cuz we rent the space with ""sofa""for celebrating/cooking/board game use, not a room with ""mattress""for accommodation use , you don't have to worry about the bad situation above that happened during your happy celebrating time... you are so smart, you must have already got what I mean....haha... And of course Airbnb never tell you the law, cuz every different countries have different laws with" Airbnb Apps", so airbnb just a website which want make a lot of money, Airbnb ask all the host and guest to have the responsibility for their own behaviours , so , of course no refound (airbnb think this is the thing you should search on the internet and know by yourself, also the host never tell you too) But, our space has no problems with this law, we researched and discuss with a lot of Lawyers..we also have a team of lawyers to protect you out of the trouble. Please note that the apartment is a walk up on the 4th floor and there is NO lift/elevator you will have to climb stairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate kids or infants. Please also note that you will need to spend time to sort and take out your own rubbish to be collected at appointed times with rubbish trucks under the Taiwanese trash system.
