Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing.

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

900 ft2 completely renovated. New paint, cable TV, WIFI, dvd library, reading library, rural setting within 10 min drive to restaurants, colleges, grocery stores, malls, movies. Full Kerig amenities with organic coffee, tea, decaf, hot chocolate & sweeteners from honey to Stevia. Laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. This sweet studio bungalow is comfortable, peaceful , and quiet. The patio is very relaxing where you can enjoy your coffee . A sweet hideaway in the middle of town not far from the freeway. It sleeps 2 adults on the queen bed and 1 adult or 2 children on the full size sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has an under counter fridge. A microwave, toaster, electric skillet, and Keurig are also provided.
