Welcome to the 100 acre wood! We invite you to our guest suite on the lower level of our home. You will have dedicated parking, your own private entrance, and access to hiking trails. High Speed Fiber optic internet makes connection a breeze. Catalina Hot Tub placed perfectly to face the view. We are 15 minutes to Hatley Pointe for skiing and snowboarding. 45 min or less to amazing hikes and waterfalls. This magical acreage is perched at 2,951 ft elevation and faces South for warm sun exposure.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Our home is nestled in a quiet 30 acre mountain setting with an amazing view! The space includes full kitchen and dining, bathroom, and bedroom at ground level (no stairs). My husband and I live in the second floor of the home. Guests have complete privacy during their stay. The location offers quick access to a major interstate putting opportunities in Western North Carolina and Asheville within reach. We are just a few miles from Mars Hill University.
