Located right on Birkie Ridge Trailhead with close access to vast CAMBA trails, this is a nature escape for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski, hike, and bird watch. Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

Or you could go hang out at the city beach just half a mile away or launch your boat at the public launch (same place). Also just a short walk to downtown for great coffee, food and drink. Rustic cabin near Wildcat Mountain State Park and Kickapoo Valley Reserve. A quiet place to disconnect, hike, and enjoy the Driftless. The cabin has electricity, supplied water and a non chemical port-o-let, a heater, wood stove (we supply all indoor wood), fire pit and charcoal grill. Our Bakery is open Saturday-Sunday 9-4, May -October or order in advance off season. Short walk from parking to the cabin; we will transport your gear if needed. Enjoy our trails! LGBTQ owned. You are in the heart of Amish country and the goings and comings of their agrarian lives give a sense of another time. 1/4 mile walk down the road, at the nearest Amish neighbor, you can buy produce in season and eggs.
