Escape it all or go to town for dinner, before retreating back home to your oasis! I have kept a simple clutter-free layout to promote comfort and coziness, with a touch of local art, filled with natural light and the sounds of local birds. The cottage is for anyone seeking privacy, nature, and easy access to all that Asheville has to offer!

Appalachian Mountain Log Cabin (Private Retreat)

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way from it all! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, or just resting. The Cabin sits as the centerpiece of our working mini-farm and comes replete with rocking chairs on the porch, a gurgling creek nearby, a stunning mountain view, and room to explore. Read a book, strum your guitar, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind for a few days at The Cabin on GoodSoil Farm.

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Adventure Basecamp in Linville Gorge

Come stay minutes away from the beautiful Linville Gorge. This area has everything from amazing hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowtubing, to just enjoying the breathtaking scenery. This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. Enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying a view of the mountains and a spectacular sunrise.

The Pond House with Hot Tub in TN

Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and enjoy your own piece of oasis. The Pond House sits on 6 acres along with our home, with a beautiful spring-fed pond, with mountain views. Relax outside in the hot tub for some stargazing, or read a good book on the porch and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or glass of wine. The small imperfections add to the uniqueness of the property, and we know you will agree! * *Please Note: The Pond House is not at Glamping Retro property**

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Aspen Street Guesthouse Cottage

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4. Space includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a double size sofa bed, bath with tub/shower and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The guest house also has a TV with cable and other streaming services available.
