Studio type 5 mins from Ocean City-

New Flooring! Studio type guest home, only 5 to 7 minutes to Ocean City, Maryland or Assateague island. Guest home has Assateague bay view (no private access to the Bay) and a private entrance to the guest home. Seasonal, summer rental (or year round maybe considered). Preferably adults and kids ages 10 and above due to steep stairs. No breakfast included. After cleaning, We use Lysol to sanitize the air. Please let us know if you don’t like it and we will not use before your checkin.

The perfect location short walk to restaurants and shopping. Homer Gudelsky park located on the assawoman bay is in walking distance . Bring your boat the public boat ramp is just around the corner as well as the park and ride to take you to our world famous Boardwalk. We are also with in 15 minutes of Assagategue
